You've chanced upon the web home of Bring Out Your Dead, a funky and fun little World of Warcraft Guild on the Maelstrom server. We're a light-hearted, fun-loving, light role-playing guild, that engages in organized questing and dungeon runs, as well as an occasional goofy stunt. We put a large amount of effort in helping one another, with questing as well as with professions and skills. We do some raiding, but this is not our focus. Our members range from the casual, intermittent player to those who spend a great deal of time in-game, and are of every level and class. As quick and easy reference for our Fishing Derby, we've outlined the rules below. Please read and follow these. 1.) Participants are allowed to cooperate in teams of up to 3 people. This should make it easier to spread out around the world and find the fish needed. As the race has been designed to allow anyone with fishing levels 1-450 to participate, teams should be made up of members with various levels of fishing skill. 2.) At the beginning of the event, a list will be given of fish and other seafood for each team to reel in. This list will also be posted on the website for fast reference. 3.) Participants are asked to be honest, and to visit neither the Auction House nor the bank during their journies. Any fisherperson caught doing so will result in their team being disqualified! 4.) To offset the cost of the prizes, all fish caught for the event will go to the guild bank. Anything else you catch is yours to keep or donate as you see fit. 5.) The team who reels in everything on the list the fastest, and presents it to the judge, will be declared the winner! Pretty simple, and hopefully fun. So sharpen up those hooks, dig up some fresh bait, and get ready to cast those lines! |

This Sunday, July 11th, our meeting will be a special Lore gathering, hosted by Nalcrest. We shall venture into the sands of Silithus, and embark on a journey to learn of the Lore and History of the region, and how it ties into the great wars of the past, and even into upcoming events in Cataclysm. All levels welcome, and after we shall venture forth into Ahn'Qiraj, to help fight back the insectoid menace. |
